Little different for this sub. Oysters Florentine after a few minutes over charcoal.
2nd time I tried this. Creamed spinach and fresh Parmesan over top, then garlic butter spooned over each one. Overflowing the butter so it hits the coals and flares up. Really fantastic

Very impressive! I have done oysters with BBQ sauce a few times. They were great. Never Florentine, you are inspiring me to try it.

Don’t say “oyster.” Say “clam.” You know who eats raw shellfish? Seagulls, that’s who. Clams you bake. Clams you fry. Pop a rubber band around them, stuff them full of bread, boil them sh¡ts for an hour. There’s a million ways you can prepare a clam. “Make the world your clam.” Just sounds better.
