Meal prep for my next 3X12 hrs shifts, sweet potatoes, chicken, broccoli and green beans, and avocado (not pictured).
This was my first time meal prepping and I realize I need to get a food scale lol because im not sure if im under eating with this or if it’s too much, whether i should add a chocolate protein shake or go for another portion of fruit

Nice work! Hard to know whether you’re under or over eating bc I don’t know what your current goals are and what your current caloric needs are based on that. An additional protein shake will definitely help with satiety and an additional portion of fruit will help you with energy levels through those longer shifts.
