Calzones are not pizza for sure coz it has ricotta cheese which makes it creamy & delicious.

Ingredients: 1& 1/2 Cup Warm water (105 ℉ to 110℉)
2 & 1/4 Tsp Instant Yeast
1Tsp Sugar
1/2 Tsp Salt
4 Tsp Olive Oil
3 Cups All purpose Flour
1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Garlic Sauteed Mushrooms
Spinach, Pickled Jalapenos, Fresh Basil, Oregano, Dried Basil
Ricotta Cheese 10 Oz
Marinara Sauce

Recipe:
Add instant dry yeast & Sugar in warm water & let rise for 15 min. Then add salt flour & oil & knead it for good 5 min. Cover with damp cloth & let rise for 1 hour. Knead the dough well & divide into 4 equal bolls. Start working on the first one & mean while cover the rest so it doesn’t dry. Press the dough down in the center with your fingertips, then place the dough over the back with both hands together and roll over rotating around the dough. Then Add Ricotta & rest of veggies in any combinations you want. Brush with olive oil & Grease the baking tray & place the calzones & bake at 425℉ for 20 min. Cut as you want & serve hot with marinara sauce & garnish with fresh basil
