I’m a beginner bread maker too! I’m still working on getting my basic artisanal bread more consistent. Been wanting to make sandwhich bread too! I see some recipes use butter and others use veg oil. Do you have a preference?
I’ll be trying my hand at sourdough soon (my starter is finally ready yay!)
