It's freshly baked yesterday, so it's definitely not mould or anything. Is it just some flour that didn't integrate?

    Did you see any white specs in the dough before you baked it? Ordinarily, when I see any I just crush them between my fingers to make them mix in with the surrounding dough.

    My mixer sometimes does not mix the dough in the bottom correctly and leaves little chunks of unmixed flour. It’s kind of a pain to hand mix at that point but it’s what I do. I have found that putting the water in the mixer first then the flour on top, usually fixes this issue.
