I've made this dish from your first tutorial video SO MANY TIMES! You said in that video you weren't a big fan of casseroles but you LOVE this one because of the delicious FLAVOR! It's been a huge hit in my home of 5! Everyone loves it… I have to double the recipe now😅

The rotisserie chicken that you buy in the store is very small, and expensive for the size, at least here in Ohio.

You could use pork panko if you can't have the gluten from the panko. We did that for our daughter, and it was delicious.
Chicken is cheap where i shop, not sure where everyone else is shopping, I know here in Florida Publix supermarkets is always price gouging their customers, i shop at Walmart, Save a lot or Sams club. Coupons do work as well.
Ive been adding curry powder to my rice when i cook it. I roasted some chichen in the oven. Leg quarters all seasoned n herb n spiced up. But i have been loving my rice along side of fresh baked acorn sqash w butter n honey and also i use it along side minute steak chx fried steak. It can all go into a casserole too. Hope this gives an idea. Love you

My grandmother used to say that opinions are like casseroles because everybody has one. I never really understood what she was getting at, but she drank a lot and I didn’t care because her garage looked like a beer distributor’s warehouse and I’d usually get knee walking, snot slinging drunk over there. Good times!
That looks good. Was there rice in this dish? I must have missed you putting it in. When I went back and watched again-I still couldn’t find where the rice was added. For me I don’t like big chunks of chicken and would have used 1/2 of that chicken, maybe 1/3- but that’s just what I like.
It looks like a great meal though.
