Just for the sake of understanding I’ve never had tuna like this before so I’m not sure of things

I thought the fin was supposed to be blue not the actual tuna meat

Health wise you should be fine if it was only frozen once and the whole time. Taste wise: probably not that great but cook it in something with soy and eat it with rice and an egg yolk and you’ll probably enjoy.

I’d sear it medium rare. Looks a little freezer burned is all.
