    Every time I’ve had biscoff cheesecake, it was way too sweet. So my question is how sweet is this? And if it’s not too sweet (like painfully so) how did you get it to not be?

    She’s a beaut!! Loving the ratios here too. I feel like so often people use too much top layer on different flavored cheesecake. This just looks perfect!
