The Roast Beef and Cubano from Brown Bag Sandwich Co. in NYC

For some sandwiches you have the ‘chopped’ option where they dice up all the ingredients into a ‘salad’ and serve it like that – exemplified by the Roast Beef.

For other sandwiches you don’t have the chopped option because they ‘panini it’ which I just thought mean they toast/melt it with a press. Not sure why they cut it in half vertically and hot-dogged the sandwich – exemplified by the Cubano.

Both sandwiches tasted amazing and I ate both in one sitting. $16 and you have the option of hero, roll, wrap, or rye bread. I will definitely be going back to try the Italian and chicken salad.
