One of the best Italians I’ve ever had.

Graziano Brothers in Des Moines- they are known for their house made sausage, but I never pass up an Italian sub.

Sub is called The Knuckle it comes with Coppa, Hot Soppressata, pepperoni, hot pepper cheese, banana peppers, tomato, onion, lettuce and Italian dressing.

I added Mortadella and their olive spread (tapenade) and god it did not disappoint.

We also tried their special which was a sausage sandwich with mozzarella & marinara, which was fine, I’ll be going back just for the Knuckle as soon as I can.
