No knock on high-end steak restaurants but I don’t know how they survive anymore given the quality of steak one can make at home (like the one you did). Steak probably cost you roughly the same as a glass of wine and tip at a steak house and tasted as good or better. Not to mention the comfort of being at home. Maybe business accounts keep steak houses going.
