Also as a customer it’s always a wonderful surprise when the bakery/caterer throws something extra in 🙂 good call on that. Great way to delight and create loyalty. More businesses should do that.

How many “batches” is this? I struggle with macarons on a good day but I’ve never really been able to double the recipe successfully
