Ingredients:
12 oz (340 g) lobster ravioli
4 tablespoons unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
Juice and zest of 1 lemon 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)

Instructions
Cook the Ravioli:
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the lobster ravioli according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Make the Lemon Butter Sauce:
In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in the lemon juice, lemon zest, and heavy cream. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for about 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently.
Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until the sauce is smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Combine:
Gently toss the cooked ravioli in the lemon butter sauce until well coated.
