This recipe sounds very interesting, but I need making it plant based. I’ll use non-dairy milk, but what do you think I should try instead of butter? Ideas?

Why wouldn’t you just use vegan butter? It’s a simple replacement.
I would maybe omit the butter in the first step and add some cashew cream before blending.

Doesn’t seem hard. Replace the milk with a nut milk and the butter with vegan butter
