Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Pyaz (Onion) 1 small
-Lehsan (Garlic) 7-8 cloves
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) 2-3
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) 1 bunch or as required
-Safed chanay (Chickpeas) 1 Cup soaked overnight
-Til (Sesame seeds) roasted 3-4 tbs
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Baking powder ½ tsp
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tbs or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying

Directions:
-In a chopper,add onion,garlic,green chillies,fresh coriander,chickpeas,sesame seeds,coriander seeds, baking powder,dried oregano,cumin seeds,pink salt,black pepper powder,lemon juice & chop well.
-Take out in a bowl & knead well for 2-3 minutes.
-Take a small quantity of mixture (45g) & press gently to make oval shape falafels.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on medium low flame until golden brown (makes 20 falafel).
-Serve with pita bread,hummus & salad!

-Bowl mein nikal lein aur 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan knead ker lein.
-Mixture ki small quantity (45g) lein aur gently press ker ka oval shape falafels bana lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown ho janay ta fry ker lein (makes 20 falafel).
-Pita bread,hummus & salad ka saath serve karein!

  2. Zabardast 😋 ,mazedar . Pakistan main parsley nahi milti? In actual recip you need fresh parsley because it creates very authentic flavor . I make it very often here in US but I will definitely try your recipe as I love almost all your recipes. Good job Foid fusion ❤

  3. This Falafel look like a shape of Kibeh. If it's flattened it'll be more crispy.
