Espresso Kid put coffee grounds in the water reservoir! Fixable? [Breville BES250] October 4, 2024 Kid put coffee grounds in the water reservoir! Fixable? [Breville BES250] by Big-Love-747 11 Comments Big-Love-747 1 month ago Someone I know was about to throw out a Breville BES250 machine – it’s not functioning due to a kid pouring coffee grounds in the water reservoir(!).So I brought it home to check it out. • I filled the tank with water. • Power comes on and switches light up. • No water whatsoever comes through the group head, but I can hear the pump working. • The steam wand works and emits hot water.Anyone have any suggestions on whether it might be fixable? Do these machines have a water filter between water reservoir and pump? Thanks. Highlanderzpopradu 1 month ago No the kid is not fixable. You better get rid of it. Plus it should have a fine mesh filter in the outlet of the reservoir. You should be able to clean it up. At the worst fill it halfway. Stir and hold it upside down and drain.Write A CommentYou must be logged in to post a comment.
