Behold the beef wellington at Hell's Kitchen in Vegas. This was the best steak I've ever eaten, I can't even describe how tender the filet was.

Never been. A friend of mine went and she said the was super disappointed. Waited over an hour for her food and it was cold. Looks like your experience was a lot better lol

I got the Wellington in London at his Heddon Street Kitchen and it was extraordinarily mid. I think I just don’t really care for wellingtons though.

The next time I am in Vegas, I have to go there. I too had the best steak of my life in Vegas, but mine was at Bavettes. I enjoy Gordon’s less shouty programming better than HK but I would relish the opportunity to try some of his food.
