    You charge the farmer or work as a co op either way must be a good way to keep the cost down or am I wrong

    Growing up, my brother and I raised beef for money. Grandpa gave us a calf each, and we raised it and sold it. We always got to call out of school on butchering day. Loved the truck and field dressing.

    I’m not so sure this is a valid USDA-licensed mobile slaughter for eventual retail sale. Maybe for a cow-share or personal (family) consumption…

    They certainly don’t allow hosing off cut steer in the dirt of a hayfield.
