I made apple "butter" yesterday and I definitely didn't cook it long enough. Can I cook this down again and reprocess it? Or should I just stick with my applesauce jelly? I mean it's delicious either way, but definitely not what I was aiming for

  2. I would just use that as an apple topping. If it’s not really sweet then you can eat like applesauce. Better too thin than too thick when it comes to heat processing (from a heat penetration standpoint). Your headspace seems a little too generous.
