Fridge/freezer clean out and restock: Chicken pancit, ham, potatoes, and veg, and teriyaki chicken with rice and veg
No LoseIt screenshots this time because I don’t feel like being judged for the amount of sodium, lol. Typing up general ingredients and calorie count and will post in a comment momentarily.

Chicken pancit: one chicken breast, 8oz (dry) of golden bihon noodles, one small sweet onion, two laaaaarge handfuls of coleslaw mix because I didn’t need or want to chop an entire head of cabbage and samesies for a bag of carrots. Garlic. Ginger. Spring onion. Pancit sauce is chicken broth, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and a bit of sugar. Made 4 servings, 364 cal each.
Teriyaki chicken: Wanted to try these Tyson teriyaki chicken filets at Sam’s Club, paired it with rice and some baby broccoli. Made 5 servings, 400 cal each.
Last one is a true freezer/fridge clean out: 1.5lbs of baby reds parboiled and air fried, a mix of cabbage, onion, and green beans that were sitting in my freezer and needed to be used, some fresh asparagus, and a package of ham steaks. 5 servings, 272 cal each. This meal has a been great lower cal but still satisfying option for me on days that the snacking got out of hand and there’s not much deficit left for dinner!
