    Had a larger breakfast, and saving some cals for big dinner, so I kept lunch under 300 kcal.

    159 g green beans, 38 g cannellini beans, onion, 1 Beyond pesto sausage link

    To cook green beans:

    1. microwave a couple minutes till slightly tender
    2. spray with olive oil and pan fry till a little browned
    3. add approx half a cup of concentrated vegan chicken broth and 1 tsp of Tabitha Brown’s “Like Sweet Like Smokey” seasoning (which has garlic in it), and salt to taste, and cannellini beans
    4. cook until broth is mostly evaporated and absorbed by the green beans.
