Bartlett pear with vanilla infusion. Can’t really taste the vanilla. Next time going to use 4oz jars. Also, couldn’t believe how long it took for the water to boil. Amazing experience!

Awesome! The vanilla might shine more after it ages, a lot of things take a few weeks/months for the flavour to really come through. Care to post your recipe/source? Sounds tasty! Side note, did the water in your canner completely cover your jar by at least 1-2 inches? It’s hard to tell from your pic but the water level looks a little low.
