It is super hot here on the west coast. I didn’t want to cook much. So I chopped instead.
– white beans with parsley, fermented peppers, olives, lemon, radicchio, and olive oil. Spiced with a smoky mild dried chili, sumac, and onion powder.
– cucumber, tomato, peppers, parsley, lemon, and olive oil
– pan fried halibut topped with capers and parsley. All the juices from the salads were the acid component.
