I teach baking at a community college; the first course is mostly yeast breads. These are some of our work… I'm proud of my students! 1 doughnuts -sugared yeast, nutmeg cake with orange glaze, sourdough with apricot jam 2 Danish -grape cheese and apricot almond 3 croissant 4 chocolate babka 5 jalapeno cheese beer bread 6 "lard bread" with prosciutto, Asiago and salami bits 7 Pane Siciliano 8 Durum sourdough with apricot, thyme and fig 9 croissant interior
