Meal 1: sautéed spinach and mushrooms, oats with fat free cheddar, neufchatel cheese, fat free Velveeta, egg whites and an over easy egg.

Meal 2: apple slices with protein peanutbutter hummus (can of garbanzo beans, peanut butter, powdered peanut butter, vanilla whey protein powder, water).

Meal 3: shredded chicken salad with light mayo, dijon mustard, sliced celery, green onion, relish. Sliced tomato, lettuce and white cheddar rice cakes.

Meal 4: smoothies with blueberries, banana, dates, oats, pb fit, vanilla whey protein powder and almond milk.

Meal 5: baked salmon, parmesan green beans, mashed potatoes with fat free greek yogurt, fat free Velveeta and light butter substitute.
