  1. I'm italian and we don't like nor care for the original recipe anyway, literally never seen it even being offered in restaurants, so you can do whatever you want with it. This one looks much better than that fat white vomit of the OG recipe, so it's fine by me๐Ÿ˜‚

  2. I always make pasta in the "nontraditional way". My way. I saute my onion and garlic. Then fry the chicken in it. Then i add tomato puree and all my spices. When the gravy thickens, I pour the boiled pasta in it. After stirring a little bit, i add my very well cooked scumbled egg to it. And thats it. Lunch sorted!

  3. If you wanna keep the Italians happy, call it "creamy chicken pasta". After all, that's what it is.
