My neighbors and I are planning to do a thanksgiving dinner with the turkey in the BGE. Not sure how but the turkey is going to be but let’s assume for like 10-12 people.

My neighbor gave me her roasting pan to see if it fits. The photos show how it looks. Doesn’t fit on the grill but basically rests on the egg itself. The lid closes but I’m not sure if this is recommended.

What do you guys think?

Other options would be:
a) smaller roasting pan
b) spatchcock turkey
c) …?
