Saw this for 12 bucks at the grocery store, any tips on how to cook this little guy? It’s 2.2 lbs

  2. Most store bought corned products have a strong brine, so a long soak-out changing the water a few times will reduce the salt content. I use a pastrami rub and smoke for several hours, then finish in a pressure cooker.

    Ive made them straight out the package. Sliced it thin for sammich meat. I liked it.

    BGE to 300
    Wrap in foil
    Place on a brick in BGE on indirect heat
    Cook for 90 minutes
    Throw away corned beef and eat the brick
