I smoked it at 275 for about an hour and it came out pretty good. The soft crust suprised me

    “It waa alright” 😂 I feel that one, often the outcome whenever I try a funky method too, like this sourdough might look like a frisbee but hey, it’s not bad

    This is me! Not literally me. But I love throwing random things on the smoker. I’ve been wanting to try sourdough on the smoker.

    I once put my traeger in the direct sunlight to get it to 450 and baked a sourdough loaf in my dutch oven with then without the lid.

    It was fine. It wasn’t bad, but I couldn’t taste any difference between the smoke bbq and the oven.
