Avocado oil, salt and pepper. Made a compound butter with kerrygold, garlic, Italian herbs and red pepper flakes. Light layer of compound pre cook on top of the steak. Put it in the Traeger with pecan pellets at 180’ until 128 internal. Then seared over coals. Was phenomenal.
