Hello, I recently had this stew at a Japanese restaurant where I stay, and would like help in identifying the dish. It’s a stew/braised meat dish with carrots, konjac and radish.

Look up recipes for gyusuji. Actually, it’s not braised beef, it’s beef tendon.
The real stuff looks a little more watery and not served on rice (although of course you eat rice with it). It’s normally sweeter and not as thick compared to western stew.

Australian wagyu makes no sense. Wagyu just means japanese beef (from Japan ) 😂😂

Is it just me or does anyone else feel this restaurant is lying a little bit?
