This is one of the easiest pasta recipes ever, and it actually tastes really good! It only took me 30 minutes to make🤍

Ingredients:

• 400 g pasta
• 2 red onion
• 4 garlic cloves
• 1 tsp chili flakes
• 2-3 tbsp tomato paste
• 400 g canned cherry tomatoes
• 1 dl (100 ml) milk
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 1 dl (100 ml) cream (any type)
• Salt
• Pepper
• Grated parmesan cheese
• Basil, for garnish

Instructions:

1.  Finely chop the onion and garlic.
2.  Sauté the onion and garlic in olive oil until they soften slightly.
3.  Add the chili flakes and tomato paste, then sauté a bit longer.
4.  Add the canned tomatoes and milk. Season with salt and pepper. Let it simmer uncovered for about 15 minutes.
5.  Pour in the cream and cook for a little longer.
6.  Cook the spaghetti for about 2 minutes less than the package instructions. Add the spaghetti to the tomato sauce and let it finish cooking in the sauce. Add a few spoons of the pasta cooking water to the sauce as well.
7.  Serve with basil and grated parmesan cheese.
