Or invest in a drip tray. Or aluminum foil. I lost a lot of kebabs yesterday.

Just cleaned mine this weekend. In the constant back and forth debate between gas and charcoal, my Weber Kettle scores another point: Takes 10 minutes to clean. My Napoleon gas grill on the other hand… man that thing’s always a greasy handful to scrub out.

Good thing high temps are great for cleaning!

My roommate used to cook bacon on my grill until it inevitably burst into flames in a massive grease fire.

How do you like the sns kettle compared to webers?

Lul, you’re telling me now. I literally just have a fire go in the feed in my pitboss today.

Somebody should make a removable circular drip tray that surrounds the vortex. I would pay way too much money for it.

Btw…I have always shut down my vents at the end of my cooks to preserve charcoal. I would always clean when the grill is cold at the beginning of my next cook. No more. I open everything up and rip it when I pull the food off now. It wastes some charcoal but it burns nearly everything off after every cook.
