    I agree this is a lot going on. Idk if I’d call it “busy” but I would eat every bit of this and be happy. This looks great.

    The individual components are look fantastic and the color contract is exquisite! Personally I don’t care for the circularly spaced out lobster pieces- seems to add a lot of clutter on an otherwise sophisticated plate.
