  1. Looks good. I do have a few suggestion though. Don't through away that wonderful "fond" flavor in the skillet after browning the sausage. Instead keep skillet on stove top. Add you're garlic and onion and stir until the airomatics are noticed. Then add your stock to the skillet and now using a utensil scrape the bottom of the skillet and deglaze the skillet until the fond is lifted up then pour contents into the slow cooker. This reduces some cleaning time for the skillet but mostly puts a ton of flavors into you're soup. Good video, have a great day.

  2. All you have to do with the kale is put two fingers on either side of the stem and slide your fingers down. Comes right off.
