They are delicious but I’d love to perfect them. They seem dense and wondering if that is from butter cracking or oozing or neither? I also live high altitude.
Followed this recipe. Made two changes for my climate: added a tiny bit more water and then raised oven temp 15 degrees and lowered it back to 400 fahrenheit once I put them in.
