Had a terrible time getting them to germinate, but I planted six and got six (ate one and gave one away before this photo). Plants never looked terribly happy, but I'm pleased with the harvest. I never ate Jicima before either, but it's pretty delicious and I plan on planting more!

Mm jicima is great to snack when I want something crunchy but know I shouldn’t eat potato chips! I want to try growing these sometime
