Turkey and Sweet Potato Bowls πŸ¦ƒπŸ πŸŒ±

Sharing one of my favorite fall meal prep recipes! It’s high in protein, keeps you full, and is packed with flavor. The maple lemon tahini sauce brings the entire dish together. Enjoy!

Garlic Herb Ground Turkey πŸ¦ƒπŸŒΏ

Ingredients:
-1 lb ground turkey
-1 tbs olive oil
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp paprika
-2 tsp garlic powder
-2 tsp onion powder
-2 tsp dried thyme
-2 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions:
-set a pan on medium-high heat, add oil, and brown the turkey
-add in the above seasonings and mix well, cooking for an additional minute

Maple Cinnamon Sweet Potatoes 🍠🍁

Ingredients:
-4 medium-sized sweet potatoes
-3 tbs olive oil
-2 tbs maple syrup
-2 tsp ground cinnamon
-2 tsp dried thyme
-2 tsp dried rosemary
-1 tsp salt

Instructions:
-preheat the oven to 400F
-wash and dice the sweet potatoes into half-inch cubes and add into a bowl with the rest of the ingredients
-roast for 40 minutes until tender

Balsamic-Glazed Brussels Sprouts 🌱🍁

Ingredients:
-2 lbs Brussels sprouts
-1 cup balsamic vinegar
-2 tbs maple syrup
-2 tbs olive oil
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp black pepper
-1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:
-blanch the Brussels sprouts in boiling water with salt for 5 minutes
-strain the water out and dry them well
-cut off a bit of the stem and cut them in half
-add them to a bowl with oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder; mix well and air fry at 400F for 20 minutes
-simmer the balsamic vinegar on low until it reduces by half and add maple syrup
-mix until it thickens and can coat a spoon
-toss the sprouts with the glaze

Maple Lemon Tahini Sauce πŸ‹πŸ

Ingredients:
-1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
-1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
-1/4 cup tahini
-juice of half a lemon
-2 tbs maple syrup
-1 tbs dijon mustard
-1 tsp salt
-1 tsp pepper
-1 tsp garlic powder
-1 tsp red chili flakes

Instructions:
-add ingredients into a container, cover with a lid, and shake until it emulsifies
