Grilled Salmon head and bones, slightly salted. Very crispy. Delicious.
I love it so much and even my daughter who is only 12 enjoys it.

I grew up eating fish heads (fried and in stew/soup) and absolutely love ‘em.
This is good eats. I adore fish collars. There is such an interesting mix of tissues in those areas and the picky eating experience is helpful when trying to slow down at dinner.
Can you share the recipe on it? Ngl they always look intimidating to cook like it’s harder than a fillet of salmon
