Beef bourguignon. A whole bottle of wine in the stew and 3 hours in the dutch oven really did the trick.

    Red wine beef stew, sweet carrots and caramelized onions melted…it’s so good it feels like a privilege or a dream. If it’s a dream, don’t wake me up!
