For those asking , the green layer is something we add for colour , many people substitute prosciutto with greens like kale. We decided to make a spinach and green pea jelly to give it a different texture . Note: I prefer prosciutto, my sister prefers the jelly 😅. As for the potatoes , it’s a one of a set of food moulds
