Today a last minute request came into the charity I work with to provide disadvantaged kids with birthday cakes.
This is for a little boy living in Direct Provision (think like refugee/asylum accommodation) who is turning 2 tomorrow.
I'm very proud of this one!! Devil's food cake filled with chocolate ganache and frosted with vanilla buttercream.
