Grilled Pacific Saury (Sanma), seasonal fish usually during fall. Also on the side, Tebasaki (chicken wings). IMO, goes really well with beer and lemon sour.

  2. I get get these frozen year round in my local Hmart (Korean market), and they grill up really nicely. There is one really bitter section of the fish though, and I always forget where it is.

    Damn, it’s 8am here but remembering lemon sours makes me want one so bad right now. I wonder if that’s a thing here in the US?
