I used an 8 hour method I saw on TikTok.
125g active starter
12g Himalayan salt
360g water
500g KA bread flour
4 stretch and folds
3 hour MF
2 shapings with 20 minutes between
2 hours cold proof
35 minutes @ 500F in a Crofton bread oven
10 minutes @ 425F uncovered

    Ayy, shout out to the Aldi home goods! Crofton is like half of my kitchenware
    Those bread ovens looked so appealing but I can’t justify the purchase rn 😭
