I use them in a bunch of diff ways

I make chips out of them in oven on low heat, make breakfast burritos & as dessert warmed in microwave then filled w/SF preserves & Fat Free Reddi Wip or Non Fat Greek Yogurt & as wrap 4 sandwich or hotdog instead of bread or buns.

Im proud of the over 200 lbs I’ve lost but it’s so difficult to maintain. Wanted 2 share if u haven’t tried & see if others like them too.

Suggestions on ways to use are appreciated!

I’ve used them to make pizza-ish meals. Add some mozzarella, a bit of marinara, cut up tomatoes, mushrooms, onions, peppers, and pepperoni. Slide it into the toaster oven until it turns crispy and the mozzarella is melted.

When I make tacos, I cut the meat with peppers and cauliflower rice. Then put them in these tortillas. Cauliflower rice bowls are okay, but they still taste more on the healthy end haha. These tortillas help the taste tremendously and still allows me a lot more taco “filling”

    Also humas and chicken wraps

Or Mariana, pesto and chicken wraps

As you said I use them to replace bread. Whatever I normally make a sandwich with I make and put in the tortilla instead of bread. Recently made a burger tortilla. I just put the burger items on the tortilla. Interestingly the same amount of lean beef I use for a burger patty was miee than could fit on one tortilla.

I cut up bare chicken nuggets add dill pickle slices, a little shredded cheddar and buffalo sauce. I also like using Japanese bbq sauce with that combo.

I also do scrambled eggs (cooked with cottage cheese) with turkey sausage crumbles and salsa and make breakfast tacos.

Nice! I haven’t tried these yet, but I use Mission’s Carb Balance variety. 70 calories each, but 17g fiber and 6g protein. The additional fiber and protein is important to me, I try to get a lot of each.

I like using these for bean & cheese burritos, or for quesadillas. Breakfast burritos is a good idea.

I get the larger carb balance ones and spread laughing cow cheese along with some sort of sweet spread (jelly, pumpkin pure, etc) as a quick and low calorie dessert. Its usually about 100 calories too.
