Tried making some steak last night, does this look medium rare enough?

    Also, how do I make it so when I cut it the juice doesn’t go everywhere?

    Yes, great job! Let it rest for 5 to 10 minutes depending on the thickness and cut with the grain.

    Right half of the steak is medium rare, left side is medium to well done on the edge…

    Looks like it was a perfectly awesome steak but if you’re asking details – whatever cooking method you’re using, the heat is not even.

    The chicken is definitely rare. The steak could be a bit more rare
