    I was thinking I should garnish on a sizzle plate to keep the plate clean, but if it’s no big deal, I’ll keep garnish8ng on the plate

    No pro here. I like the colors and the arrangement, but I think the Parmesan pieces all around the plate detract from it.

    Also the placement of the sauces could be more refined

    I would change literally everything about this, I cannot be kind to this.

    I would start by taking the plate and walking it to the garbage and throwing this entire puke pile in the trash. Then erase this concept from your mind and start over with a completely different idea. This is disgusting.

    The pepto bismal pink is a hard color for people to find appetizing. Also, what is the purpose of this dish? Why fried dough? I think a croquette, sauce and accouterments would be more fitting. Don’t take the harsh criticism to heart but do be aware that many people do not think this dish aesthetically pleasing and harmonious ingredients. It’s more of a collection of ingredients that do not necessarily make sense.
