Lamb Air fryer Meatballs have never been so easy to cook and make. The trusty air fryer makes it quick and efficient.

For these Moroccan lamb meatballs you will need:
2 tablespoons of breadcrumbs
3 tablespoons of tomato juice
1 egg
1 teaspoon of Salt
A few twists of black pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 heaped teaspoon of Harissa spice powder or paste
300g of lamb mince.

First, hydrate the breadcrumbs with tomato juice. Make sure they are all covered in the juice. Then add all of the ingredients to a bowl and mash it all together, really work it all for a few minutes so that it is all fully combined.
Then roll your meatballs and sit them in the air fryer basket. You want to cook them at 220c for 15 mins.

Serve them up with whatever you like or however you like, these would be great in a pita with chips and tatziki or like I did with hummus and a fresh tomato and spring onion salad.
