Wanted a share a few recent bakes 🍪
Pics 1/2 is a s'mores cake I made for my cousin. Chocolate cake and for the filling I did a layer of semi sweet ganache, then a layer of toasted marshmallows, then some graham crumble. With marshmallow buttercream.
3/4 are just cupcakes I made with the leftover stuff from the cake. Filled them with the ganache and crumble and topped with marshmallow buttercream. These were a big hit.
5/6 banana oat muffins
7 coconut bars. These are so easy but so delicious.
8 brown butter toffee chocolate chip cookies

Oh my goodness. These look DELICIOUS!! I’m definitely going to make the cake and cupcakes. S’more are one of my favorite things about fall. Camping, fire pits, pumpkins, s’more’s, and Halloween! 🍁🎃
