Followed this recipe

I used smaller jars because that's what I had left. Recipe called for 15 minutes processing time but during that time the jars lost some liquid to steam I suppose. Now carrots in some are not fully submerged.

Should I be concerned, or is there anything I can do while storing these to work around?
